The Crisis Society is non-profit agency whose contracted to provide the entire island, and the islands of the Georgia Strait, as well as the communities between Powell River and Rivers Inlet with services such as the Vancouver Island Crisis Line24-hour Crisis Lines, Crisis Chat and Crisis Text. 

These services provide short-term nonjudgemental support, crisis intervention, information, and resources;  suicide bereavement support and various workshops/training throughout Vancouver Island.

They also support all kinds of people from senior, youth, military, Indigenous, and LGBTQIA2S+ communities.

Is a charitable nonprofit Vancouver Island based organization that provides supportive and psychosocial rehabilitative housing and community education for adults with mental health and addictions concerns, and/or cognitive challenges.

They engage communities through programs that promote recovery, social inclusion, safe housing, and public education.
